Delivery network

Advice you can act on needs someone to build it.

I stay independent on the advice. For the build and the adoption I work with two firms I've vetted personally — each in a defined lane — under one contract, with one accountable owner: me.

Build & engineer

Yashmia Consulting and Technologies

Chennai, India · Founded 2022 · Five continents

An IT services, consulting and product firm that turns an approved roadmap into working software — with particular depth in the Microsoft and data stack, which is where most mid-market AI work actually lands.

  • 17+ clients
  • 8+ verticals
  • 30+ engagements
  • AI/ML-driven systems, data analytics and digital engineering
  • Microsoft stack — Azure, Fabric & Power BI, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, M365
  • Product engineering and custom enterprise applications
  • Cloud, infrastructure and cyber security advisory — ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDP
  • Domain depth in banking, insurance, supply chain and maritime
Enable & adopt

NMS GloSol Communications

Pune, India · Founded 2010 · 22+ sectors

A learning and development firm that handles the part most AI programmes skip: getting people to actually change how they work. They map training to ROI rather than to attendance, which is the only version of enablement worth paying for.

  • 100k+ trained
  • 100+ organisations
  • 25+ subject-matter experts
  • AI, machine learning and generative AI faculty — 1,500+ practitioners trained in three years
  • Role-based enablement: leadership, sales, customer service and power skills
  • PRISM behavioural assessment and executive coaching
  • Process and HR advisory aligned to business outcomes
  • A four-step method — assess, design, deliver, support

How the work gets delivered

Three lanes, one accountable owner.

Multi-party delivery usually fails at the seams. This model removes the seams: distinct lanes, no overlapping scope, and one person carrying the outcome — me.

Stage one

Advise & own

Sandeep Rajhans

Readiness assessment, roadmap, business case and governance. I hold the client relationship, the scope and the service level for the whole programme.

Stage two

Build & run

Yashmia

Engineering, data platform, Microsoft and Azure implementation, security and compliance hardening. Scaled against the roadmap, not against a bench.

Stage three

Adopt & sustain

NMS GloSol

Role-based training, behavioural assessment and coaching, so the capability outlives the project and the team stops working around it.

One contract

You sign with me. I hold the partner agreements, so you're never coordinating three vendors.

One roadmap

Partners execute against the assessment output — not a separate proposal of their own.

One scoreboard

The same business metric from the pilot follows the programme all the way through production.

No lock-in

Advisory stays vendor-neutral. If your own team or incumbent is the better build option, that's the recommendation.

Questions

Common questions

Who do I contract and pay?

You sign one contract, with me. I hold the partner agreements, so you're never coordinating three vendors or reconciling three invoices. I stay accountable for the whole programme.

How do the partners avoid overlapping or clashing?

Each partner works a distinct lane with no overlapping scope: I advise and own, Yashmia builds and runs, NMS GloSol drives adoption. Partners execute against the assessment output, not a separate proposal of their own.

Is the advisory still vendor-neutral if you bring partners?

Yes. The advisory stays independent. If your own team or an incumbent is the better build option, that's the recommendation — the partners are how work gets delivered when it makes sense, not a default you're locked into.

One conversation is usually enough to tell us both whether there's a real return in it. No pitch, no obligation.
